Talent Considerations

By now you would have got a basic hang of Blockchain technology and hopefully you now want to tinker with it all by yourself or want to kickstart a project in your organization.

There are plenty of resources in the internet (github) that you can use to start tinker. You may be a one-man team trying to build a functioning prototype all by yourself or may be a manager trying to ramp-up talent pool in order to incubate a Blockchain initiative within your organization.

Here is a broad classification of the the required talents.

Application Development: Build Client (end user) applications that interact with the core Blockchain. (Eg: Chabot, web user interface, Voice recognition app.) Resource who have some experience in Node js, Angular, Golang etc are a good fit.

Smart Contract Development: Write Codified Business and regulatory logic that binds every action on process flow. (Eg: A contract to invalidate an order with an Item which has passed expiry date.) Resources who have some experience with Solidity, Script for Hyperledger etc are a good fit.

Blockchain Network management: These is a less intensive one time job of deploying the Blockchain in the infrastructure. Can be done by the network administrator.
