There are no dearth of Blockchain related materials on the Internet. In fact there are so much of contents and so much of information duplication that you need to select specific topics that you want to learn; else you will be completely overwhelmed.
If you are from the Business Background and are looking to learn more about Blockchain for Business I recommend that you learn about Hyperledger first. The best place to start learning is the Hyperledger website.

IBM Playground:https://blockchaindevelop.mybluemix.net/login [I must mention that the learning content from IBM is fabulous. You will have the links to their tutorial from the portal. I recommend that you follow the tutorial (step by step guide) to build your first prototype.
